Overview:
Our workforce programs connect education with employment opportunities, helping you gain skills for high-demand industries in Northeast Michigan.
Integrated Education and Training (IET) combines adult education support with occupational training through our partnerships with Alpena Community College and MI Works! NE Consortium. Michigan Works! provides supportive services while you train for a new career.
Pre-Apprenticeship Programs prepare you for success in registered apprenticeship programs by building foundational knowledge and skills for specific industries.

Kalitta Air Pre-Apprenticeship
Begin your journey toward Airframe and PowerPlant licensure:
Learn principles of flight, tool use, and electrical theory

For experienced builders seeking licensure:
