ServSafe Management Certification Classes

Michigan law requires that all food service establishments have a ServSafe Management certified staff member on site for food prep and service during operation hours.  Certified staff must be knowledgeable of HACCP – Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point, specifically managers and PIC-person in charge.  Iosco RESA offers a one day 8-hour course.
