Iosco RESA is receiving bids from trade contractors for the following project:  New Residential Home located at 86 Lila Lane, Tawas City, MI 48763. 

Complete proposals will be received for the following work in accordance with the drawings and specifications prepared by the owner and Bernard Building Center.

Proposal Division 1: Building Sitework and Excavation
Proposal Division 2: Building Foundation Construction

Proposals/Bids will be received at the office of the CTE Director until 2:30 PM on Wednesday, September 10, 2025 at which time said bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
