REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Iosco Regional Service Agency is requesting proposals from realtors interested in listing/marketing the sale of the Building Trades House located at 66 Lila Lane, Tawas City, Mi.

The proposals should include, but is not limited to the following:

1. Market analysis of said property.

2. Relator commission rate.
